Add to the library

The library grows because students, mentors and alumni share what they build. Here's how to get your work published.

A Simbotics robot on the competition field

How it works

Three steps to publish

  1. Prepare it. Export slides and documents to PDF, and remove anything private, such as students' contact details or anything a sponsor shared in confidence.
  2. Describe it. Include a title, a sentence on what it covers, the author, the year, and the program it was made for.
  3. Send it. Email the files, or a link to them, to A mentor reviews every submission before it goes up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who can contribute?

Simbotics students, mentors and alumni. If you're from another team and have something you think belongs here, email us anyway and we'll take a look.

What kinds of resources do you publish?

Anything another team, coach or camp leader could learn from: seminar slides and recordings, design, strategy and scouting guides, code and CAD that's ready to share, camp activity plans, and coaching material for FLL and FTC.

Can I ask for a resource that isn't here?

Yes. A lot of older material hasn't been moved over yet, so if you remember a presentation or guide from Simbotics, ask and we'll try to find it.

I found a broken link. Who do I tell?

Email us with the page and the link, and we'll fix it.
